Refund Policy

To ensure that you have full confidence signing up to TFP we offer a lenient 30-day refund policy. If you decide that TFP isn’t the right investment for you, email jack @ tofluency . com (without the spaces) within 30-days of purchase.

Some notes:

• Day one starts on the day of purchase.
• You must email your request to the email address above. Sending a Facebook message or emailing another address isn’t sufficient.
• There are no refunds if personalized feedback has been given (speaking evaluation, feedback on worksheets, or anything else specific to a user).
